Dry eyes: Dry eyes are a common cause of blurry vision that gets worse and then gets better during the day. While artificial tears provide temporary relief, they do not treat the underlying cause. I would speak to your doctor about more advanced options, which range from Cyclosporine eye drops (restasis) to punctual plugs. Good luck!
