Get evaluation: See your ophthalmologist for this. At your age eye dryness is uncommon to this degree and might reflect some underlying problem that needs attention. Be sure that the drops you are using say lubrication or tear replacement. Drops that say "get the red out" are in fact drying and should be avoided.

Dry eyes: First try preservative-free drops (the ones in a vial) as some folks are sensitive to the preservatives in bottled medications. If it is still bothering you, see an eye doctor! Restasis or punctal plugs might make your life easier!

Dry eye: Try frequent artificial tears, ointment at night, fish oil supplements, and warm compresses. If no improvement, see an eye doctor for punctal plugs or other medical prescription therapy.
