I have a 5 week old baby that coughs about 4 times a day sporadically no congestion/ runny nose. she does have white boogers that i suction.is normal?

Babies are exposed to a constant barrage of airborne irritants like dust, fragrances, fumes, etc. & should cough to clear these occasionally. Reduce the things you smell in her environment, including the plug ins or aroma therapy & this may fade.
