Septum: There is no such thing as a double uterine septum, period - so you don't have that. Do you have a septum? You need an hsg, or a hysteroscopy (or in some cases an mri) to say whether you have one or not, there is no way at all to guess online whether you have one. Septum is the most frequent of the congenital uterine anomalies.
