What's a safe way to come off cymbalta (duloxetine) without using other medicine. i have a months worth of pills and doing every other day this week.

It depends.: It depends on the dose and the length of time you've used cymbalta (duloxetine). If on a bigger dose, decrease the dose for at least a week until you have achieved the lowest dose then take this dose for another week before you stop it. However, it is still best to talk to your doctor before you do it.
