Unlikely: Those symptoms are very unlikely to be cardiac in origin especially in a 32 year old.

Symptoms: At your age, probably not cardiac related. I would suggest that you talk to your General Physician about seeing a Gastroenterologist. Important that cause(s) of your distress be identified and treated.
