Need treatment: Have you discussed this with your obstetrician? This is very common in pregnancy especially late pregnancy. Obviously you need to avoid acids such as coffee, tea and soda. You need to stay away from orange juice and other acidic foods and drinks. As far as medication is concerned i would defer to your obstetrician.
