Allergic reaction: She may be having an allergic reaction to the sting. If it is itchy and it looks like a rash but not swollen and painful then it is probably just a skin reaction. Apply topical cortisone cream to the area, ice it and possibly take some benadryl (diphenhydramine). It should feel better in 1-2 days.
