Can unilateral spots&blackheads on cheek be caused by tmj disorder, associated problems with acl rupture/reconstruct', flat feet or something else?

Something else: I would start with evaluation by a dermatologist. Tmj related issues are usually an "internal" type of problem.

Doubtful but...: The immune system can be affected by a tmj/tmd issue, which could lead to other symptoms appearing elsewhere. I would consider an internal medicine dr. And have a very thorough history and exam.

Probably not: I would check with a dermatologist for the cheek problems. An orthopedist would be appropriate for the other limb problems. Doubt this is related to your TMJ issues.

Blackheads: Tmj doesn't cause blackheads but are you placing compresses on your face to help with the TMJ pain? Your skin may be getting irritated by the compresses you are using.
