i used bp on my right cheek to get rid of my spot and it was open so it irritated my skin and formed blackheads.will it happen again on my left cheek?

Maybe: It is more likely that what happened was an irritation rather than allergy to benzoyl peroxide because it happened so quickly, but there is no way to tell for sure. Allergic reactions can happen within a day or two if a person was exposed to the substance earlier.
