Clinical Psychology 42 years experience
Fresh Air: Fresh air is excellent for keeping us healthy. Some folks, however, have an anxiety disorder that leads them to believe that they are not getting enough fresh air. If that is the case for you it is treatable with the help of a clinical psychologist. "hope and help for your nerves" is a good book to use for some self-help also.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
