I have a constant need for fresh air, open windows, doors, not always practical when in cars, planes, theatres. how can i treat this?

Fresh Air: Fresh air is excellent for keeping us healthy. Some folks, however, have an anxiety disorder that leads them to believe that they are not getting enough fresh air. If that is the case for you it is treatable with the help of a clinical psychologist. "hope and help for your nerves" is a good book to use for some self-help also.
