Possible but rare: It is not impossible to get Balamuthia Mandrillaris this way. With so much dust from such a storm some dust could probably get in your car. However this is a very rare disease with only abou 200 cases reported worldwide and about 70 cases reported in the USA. To get tested for this disease please see a physician in an office who will than request assistance from the CDC to help with testing.
