Yes: Biotin, zinc, B12 and omega 3 fatty acids (found in fish oil) are all essential nutrients and perfectly safe to take daily. I would avoid taking more than 40 mg a day of zinc long-term unless you have a condition like pyrroluria which creates a need for more. Some brands of fish oil are much better than others- my favorites are nordic naturals ; omegavail by designs for health.
