Talk to your doctor: first if you are taking zinc as there's an upper limit you can take per day, (and it has to be balanced with copper too.) Both needed in trace amounts. So this may be safer in a multivitamin formulation unless you are specifically low dietarily in these supplements. B12 is taken sublingually for maximum benefit taken separately. Garlic and fish oil can be taken together. Call your doctor first!
