Yes: Vitamin b complex and multiple vitamins. Best thing to do is stop drinking or cut back significantly.

Yes: Heavy drinking is associated with brain disease that is particularly related to deficiency of vitamin b1 and magnesium. It goes without saying that the danger continues as long as the "heavy drinking persists".

A healthy diet with high doses of vitamin b3 & vit c may be helpful.
