Exudate: The tonsils can have exudate - the white stuff you are seeing. Should clear up.

Fungal overgrowth?: If you have been on antibiotics that long it may be that the white you are seeing is yeast/fungal organism overgrowth. The balance of the oral microbe community could have been affected by the antibiotics allowing the fungal organisms to grow unchecked. This should clear up soon after you stop the antibiotics or it may require additional meds. Best to have your md look at it to be certain.
