See a DO doctor : Best to see an osteopathic physician to evaluate your structure/spine/neck. There are nerve root connections in the neck that can affect the fingers, as well as connections from the low back that affect the toes. That can easily be addressed. However, if you need a referral to a neurologist from your physician, for further evaluation, that is always an option too, as everything is connected.
