I am 49 years. u/s reveals right ovary cyst measuring 3.7 x 2.5 cms with single septation. could it be cancer. got spotting after 21 months.

Questionable: Simple cysts without septation have very low risk of cancer. Complex cysts with multiple septations have higher chance. Single septatation feature without further description of the cyst is not enough info to tell how bad the cyst is. Either provide full us report or repeat it in 3 months to document stability.
