Yeast: The most common reason for itching on the vulva (outside) of the vagina and in the vagina is yeast. Try some otc anti-fungal cream to see if makes better. 5 ball like lumps under the skin needs a doctor's eye to appropirately diagnose. Could by condyloma, could be a std, need a thorough exam and check up to determine. Sounds like you need to make an appointment right away to get some answers.
