Vaginal infection: Without an examination it is hard to know for sure. It sounds like an infection. There are many different germs that can cause an infection. Common causes are the fungus, candida but both bacteria and parasites can infect the vagina. You can try an antifungal vaginal cream. If that doesn't work, please see your doctor.

Yeast Infection: White itchy discharge is usually due to a yeast infection. You can use over the counter medicines 1st and go to the dr. If not improvement or go to the doctor. The raw/red/crack could be due to irritation from scratching.
