I noticed for a week, white small round lumps on top of skin inside my vagina opening that is hard to touch. there is no itching or pain. please help.

Vaginal "lumps": By your description, the "small white round lumps" may be what is called "wart virus" , or HPV. This is acquired by sexual contact, and is treatable. Go to Hunterdon County Regional hospital to the gyn clinic for an exam to be certain. Hope you are a "Red Devils" fan !
