See a back doctor: You need to see your neurosurgeon or orthopedic doctor for help. An epidural spinal injection is probably needed to help the problem.

Another look at MRI: Since your right leg hurts more and has radicular symptoms, the right nerve roots are also being pinched. If there is severe facet joint disease on right side that may be the source. Another place to look would be right si joint area which can also irritate sciatic nerve causing radicular symptoms, injections at si joint may help better at times. A trial on depot Medrol (methylprednisolone) in right si joint.
