Does people with low c3 level in sjogren's syndrome are at increased risk of lymphoma?

Yes: All sjogren's patients have a somewhat increased risk of malignant lymphoma. However, it's not nearly as dangerous as being a smoker. You're still a very young man and it's unlikely to catch up to you for at least a few decades, and probably never. Learn to live with this; your physician can help you with your thinking if you can't put the fear out of your mind.

See details: There is an increased risk of lymphoma with sjogrens but a low complement level does not increase that risk. Actually the presence of serum cryoglobulins doe sseem to impart an increased risk.
