i'm new to zoloft and just want to be sure it's okay to take echinacea, cold meds/remedies, and tylenol (acetaminophen)? not all at once.. just in general

Generally safe: Zoloft (sertraline) can generally be taken with many over the counter medications and herbal supplements. The best way resource may be the pharmacy staff at your local pharmacy. Just ask them about any medications you purchase and whether there may be potential interactions between what you are already taking.
