Is it uncommon to have no side effects when beginning to take zoloft (sertraline)? also is it okay to take aceteminophen (tylenol) while on zoloft (sertraline)?

NOT UNCOMMON....: ....At all to not have side effects to zoloft ( sertraline) ! in general it is a very well-tolerated antidepressant , especially if it is not started in doses that are too high. And yes, you can take tylenol (acetaminophen ) when necessary while you are on zoloft. Good luck to you in treating your anxiety.
