How do I know if I have chest pain?I have a herniated disc, and GERD and i can't ever tell if its actual chest pain or symptoms from my back/gerd.

Difficult: Herniated th disca. And gerd both can cause chest pain. It often is adeep pain , inside your. Bidy. Muscle pains are often more superficial. You did not say how you got the herniated disc, many are caused by trama causing other soft tissue injury which also can cause chest pain. If your conditions are treated properly those pains should be contolled.
