Pronation : Try wearing a shoe that supports your arches in your feet. Flat feet, fallen arches and knee or hip pain should be evaluated by a physician, in conjunction with a physical therapist or a podiatrist to determine the best course of action. Many times starting with a proper shoe with good support that is designed to prevent over pronation will help immensely . Suggest asic model 2170 or similar.
