How long does it take for the body to build up scar tissue around breast clip? dr said scar tissue usually forms especially if area was breast tissue.

Time: It is normal to feel swelling and a lump immediately after have a needle biopsy. This lasts 3-6 weeks. Once the swelling goes away, you will not feel anything in the area where the clip was placed. If you have concerns, i recommend seeing a breast specialist.
