You need to see: Your doctor to send you to the proper channel. The fact that you have a black stool, mean there is blood above the large intestine, but the fact that you burp it could be from the stomach or upper small intestine, and the fact that you see in in your phlegm means it could even be higher. So see your doctor first for initial work up and then to the proper specialist.
