Hemoptysis : Chest tightness and coughing up blood is a concerning combination as they could be symptoms of a blood clot in the blood vessels in the lung(s) hich is life threatening. This can only be diagnosed with an imaging study. While this could also be something which is not life threatening bronchitis which can cause the same symptoms-no way to tell. Basically, have a doctor evaluate your symptoms.
