Please explain why i'm keep getting bad motion sickness from driving in cars?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Associations: Not unique for migraine sufferers to experience both childhood and adult motion sickness. Some pts have inner ear issues which make them very sensitive to motion. Others have a genetic sensitivity to seasickness. Some medications may have side effects which promote such issues. Some metabolic medical conditions can affect the inner ear/vestibular system.
