Driver's Tingle: Rule out systemic conditions: ie., diabetes, RA, anemias, etc. Consider the possibility of being in the seated position for extended and prolonged time, and the flexion of your foot on gas/brake pedals. The sciatic nerve passes from your back (spine issues) on down to the toes. It branches at the knee and after a while sitting can be vulnerable to compression and produce symptoms described.
