Zofran (ondansetron): Zofran (ondansetron) could possibly work although it is expensive and has been shown to be not as effective as the old standby Promethazine 25 mg plus caffeine 200 mg. Ginger about 1-2 grams is also effective.

Something else: Usually dramamine (dimenhydrinate) or the scopolamine patch work better for motion sickness.

Family practice : It may help the nausea. But dramamine (dimenhydrinate) may help prevent symptoms from occurring.
