Increased pressure: Laughing causes abdominal contraction which leads to increased abdominal pressure leading to increased intracranial pressure. If you have a sinus condition, this could feel uncomfortable. If you have baseline elevated increased intracranial pressure, this too would feel uncomfortable. You should see your primary care physician to assess if you have further symptoms of these conditions.
