A couple of things: To consider. Make sure your sinuses are ok, Flonase is good at night, it may help to kep ears draining because eustachion tube drains into the throat, Flonase may keep open . The other is if you clinch or grind your teeth at night. This is called sleep related bruxism, dentists call it tmjd, TMJ for short. This can be treated medically but if this is the case look up bruxism, bring info 2 doc.
