I am 18 and female. i've noticed when i do leg lifts my hips pop and when i do pushups my elbow grinds, it is all painless. what could that be, should i stop?

MDI: Sounds like you have a condition of generalized ligamentous laxuty that is causing your joints to 'pop and grind'. If your shoulder 'slips' or pops or goes' dead' occasionally w/ activities or when u sleep ors characterize this condition as multidirectional instability ( mdi).Of course , if you develop pain w/ above or symptoms worsen, see your pcp for referral to an ors for definitive dx. Gl!
