Yes, USDA updated it: This is much more difficult to find than it should be, but if you search here http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/nutrients/index and Identify the aa you are most interested in (or foods), you can create your own list of foods by individual aa. There is also a list of "best bet foods" here: http://naturalhealthtechniques.com/diet_nutritionamino_acid_list1.htm but they do not list their data source.
