No: Wound healing is dependant upon a lot of factors and so although i can say that your scar should be completely healed in 10 or 15 days you might be a slow healer or diabetic or malnourished or just have an illness that is slowing your healing right now. If it has been more than 15 or 20 days, i would recommend you go see the doctor and find out why it's healing slowly.

"Scar"?: Absorbable sutures used in a circumcisn will typically resolve in 1-1/2 - 3 weeks. Your skin should heal (usually without a significant scar) with the basement membrane approximating after 2-1/2 weeks. You should be able to swim/tub bath by 3-4 weeks, but you should refrain from intercourse for at least 4-6 weeks.
