It's really difficul: to get rid of scars in general because the surgical revision... leaves scars ! Methods that are likely to work do so by increasing the normal skin turnover. Laser scar treatment is the easiest and fastest and quite safe.

Why: I've never heard of scarring from circumcision. It is probably within the range of normal. If concerned,see a Urologist. If cosmetic,no reputable doctor would do anything.
