Please tell me what's the difference between quetiapine and olanzapine?

Antipsychotics: They are both "2nd generation" or "atypical" antipsychotics, approved for schizophrenia, mania and bipolar depression. Differences - olanzapine has a greater risk of side effects (weight gain, cholesterol, glucose, diabetes), although quetiapine has all these SE as well. Some think olanzapine is more effective (not proven). Quetiapine is much more widely used now for complicated reasons.
