Living your life: Humankind went for probably 10, 000 years before someone discovered that smoking that funny plant had effects that people kind of liked and then had trouble stopping, so there is no absolute need for any alternative. Habits are hard to break, and addictions even more so. Get help quitting, can use chewing gum or other oral activity as alternatives. I do not recommend e-cigarettes.Use support system.
