Multiple: Gabapentin (neurontin), Pregabalin (lyrica), topiramate (topamax), Lamotrigine (lamictal) are options.They act directly on the nervous system. Duloxetine (cymbalta), and venlafaxine (effexor) are antidepressants that help with chronic pain. Milnacipran (savella) is an option as well. Nsaids, tylenol, (acetaminophen) and somtimes opioids.

Dipsacus: There is a natural product called dipsacus which is being used to kill off the spirochete thought to be associated with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and lyme. Traditional medicines have longer track records and more data but dipsacus can be a possibility.
