Old & New: ? "what med cocktail best" for fibromyalgia (FM). Start w. FDA approved meds & shift them if first not work well. Tramadol has helped some. Check Vitamin D. Opiates are discouraged due to dependency issues. Medicinal cannabis has helped many with pain and sleeping.
