Help please? what is end stage squamous cell cancer of the face?

Hard to answer: This is hard to answer because of limited info. There is no head and neck cancer that is referred to as "end stage." also, it's unclear what you mean by face. Squamous cell cancer can involve the skin of the face or mouth/sinus and extend into the face.
