Remember: It's not just exercise alone. While exercise has so many benefits, the bigger component of weight loss actually comes from reducing your caloric intake. It's a lot easier to cut out several hundred calories/day rather than burn several extra hundred/day through exercise, though doing both is best. Otherwise, exercise wise, do whatever gets your heart rate up and that you'll do consistently!!
