Lots of things-!: At 37 years old, sudden stomach pain and nausea can be new onset, recurrent, or chronic. If it is new, yes it could be just a gastroenteritis, but it could also be a gallstone, peptic ulcer-or even appendicitis. Therefore, if there is no improvement soon, please call your provider.
