Abd cramps: Could be gastritis/ reflux with or without H pylori a bacteria in the stomach-worsened by motrin products ,caffeine , sodas ,spicy food, smoking, alcohol -, or gallbladder ( ultrasound /HIDA scan will detect , or food intolerances milk ( lactose intolerant , soy or gluten ( celicac versus just intolerance). GERD: With your sleep disturbance and pother symptoms i would suspect gastoesophageal reflux disease, however, ulcers, gastritis, esophagitis, and other upper GI conditions need to be ruled out. You may wish to see a sleep doc after that if your sleep does not return to normal.
