If your resting: Heart rate is often over 100, consider getting checked out by a cardiologist who does electrophysiology. You might need some basic tests done to rule out any "electrical" problems. Check your pulse by counting heart beats for a full minute for most accurate results. You can check on either side of your neck, or on the thumb side on the underarm of your wrist.
