Needs 2B treated: With appropriate antibiotics ; should be properly evaluated. Need to find out why not responding to treatment, assuming u have received treatment already. Possibly the wrong antibiotic used. Infection can not cleared due to presence of an infected stone in kidney or bladder?, this would need 2B removed. Incomplete bladder emptying due to retention, bladder or urethral diverticulum? See urologist.
