Infection: Usually enlarged inguinal nodes are due to a vaginal or vulvar infection. The tender nodes are not typically due to a hemorrhoid flare. Do you have any unusual vaginal discharge, genital 'lumps or bumps' or rashes? Ongoing. Urinary symptoms? If the tender nodes persist > 5-7 days, please see your doctor to get this checked out.

First: I do not believe that taking antibiotics for an UTI caused a hemorrhoidal flare up. Secondly a bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy and tender ones on top, denotes possibility of infection. The picture is not clear for me just from your description, i would need to examine you. So i suggest go see your doctor, make sure the UTI is gone and check out ur "behind" as well as groin and see if connected.
